replication with up to 3 color printing on the disc, CD disc
film, proofs, printing of inserts and tray cards (no film
required), jewel cases, assembly and wrap.

- PMS colors are an additional $175 per color
- Metallic and Fluorescent inks are an additional $300 per

- All orders are subject to a 10% overrun or underrun
- Artwork must be provided to our specifications using our
templates. Charges of $75 per hour will be applied to files
we transfer to our templates, inspect and edit if necessary.
- Add $50 for a 4/4 printed tray card and $30 for a clear
tray in the jewel case
- Bar code included if requested
- Additional label colors are $0.03 per unit, per color
