Rhythm Net Productions goes beyond the extra mile to make
your CD manufacturing experience pleasant and rewarding. Below,
we have outlined the necessary steps taken during the complete
Manufacturing process.
1. Decide what you want and contact us via phone, e-mail
or our "Request a Quote"
online form.
Do you want 1000 CDs or 10,000? How many colors on the disc?
What kind of packaging do you want? Will it be full color
on both sides (4/4)? Is your artwork finalized to our specifications
using our templates or do you need help? These are the questions
we will be asking.
2. Prepare your materials for submission.
Clearly label your CD master.
Download our templates and specifications for the package
and CD label design if you are providing your own artwork.
Be sure that you or your designer follows the specifications
and uses our templates to avoid additional charges. Place
all files onto a CD-ROM, a Zip disk, or as a compressed
archive (.sit or .zip) for FTP or e-mail delivery. Also,
it helps to provide us with proofs of some sort, at least
black and white laser prints.
Download the job submission packet and fill out each form
completely. You can download the forms here:

3. Submit your job.
Be sure you have included everything so there are no delays
CD Master (It is good to provide 2 masters in case the
first one fails our quality assurance test. Otherwise, your
project will be delayed.)
Digital files of package and CD label design with printed
proofs (if we are not providing the design for you.)

Now, the hard part is over. From this point, we carefully
inspect your package for any errors or missing items. Once
approved, we place your job into production. If we need to
edit your artwork, you will be contacted first in case you
want to fix any problems yourself. If we do perform edits,
then you will receive a digital proof via e-mail to approve
any changes. Next, we will output printed proofs of your packaging
and overnight them to you. All you need to do is inspect it
carefully, mark any corrections if necessary, sign, date,
and overnight the proofs back to us. After that, just sit
back and wait for your project to be completed. Prior to shipping,
we will need payment in full for the remaining balance. Please
coordinate with your account executive if you are on a tight
deadline. Once everything is squared away, your product will
be shipped and ready for distribution.
