General
All commitments and agreements with Rhythm Net Productions
to provide goods and services are made with the understanding
that no liability attaches to Rhythm Net Productions for failure
to meet any obligations due to circumstances outside of Rhythm
Net Production's control. Examples include but are not limited
to; accidents, outside transportation delays, natural disasters,
and war.

Payment
All jobs require a deposit in order to start production. Merchandise
will not be shipped until any remaining balance is paid in
full. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 charge to the customer.

Production Schedules
Production schedules vary throughout the year. Rhythm Net
Productions guarantees projects under 100,000 units will be
completed and ready to ship within 15 working days. Often,
jobs are completed faster but due to high demand during certain
times of the year, projects can require the full 15 working
days to be completed. Please plan for any deadlines with this
in mind.

Cancellations
All canceled orders will require payment for all services
and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

Guarantee and Returns
We fully guarantee our work. You will be satisfied or we will
manufacture the job again or refund your money. We reserve
the right to inspect any merchandise in question and if the
job is to be redone or money refunded, all merchandise needs
to be returned to Rhythm Net Productions. We are not liable
for any errors outside of our control. Examples include typos
discovered upon completion of the project but were not discovered
during the proof approval process, damage to merchandise by
natural disasters, outside transportation accidents or war.

Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped to the customers desired location
with all shipping charges applied to the customer’s final
bill. Customers may request express deliveries but all additional
express charges will be applied to the customer’s final
bill.

Over-runs and under-runs
All projects are subject to a 10% under or over-run. Over-runs
and under-runs will not exceed 10%. The customer will be billed
for the actual number of units received.
